Manufacturing Process of Alkali Resistant Bricks

Classification of Alkali Resistant Bricks
Alkali resistant brick can be divided into four types: common alkali resistant brick, high strength alkali resistant firebrick, vault type alkali resistant block and thermal insulation type alkali resistant block.
Common alkali resistant brick is mainly used in cement kiln preheater and decomposing furnace three times.
High strength alkali resistant firebrick is mainly used in cement kiln preheater, decomposed furnace, three air ducts, vertical rising flue, cyclone cylinder.
Vault type alkali resistant block is mainly used in cement kiln preheater and decomposing furnace three times.
Thermal insulation type alkali resistant block has good alkali corrosion resistance and low thermal conductivity, have heat insulation performance of silica alumina refractory products.
